1. Software License Grant
Upon purchasing a licensed Grafikologi product (such as Imposisi PDF, Numerator, or Kalender Idola), you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software on your registered workstation.
- Commercial Use Allowed: All graphic files, imposition layouts, calendars, and printed materials created using our tools are 100% royalty-free and yours to sell or distribute commercially.
- Single Workstation Activation: Each license key corresponds to the designated machine setup provided during WhatsApp activation.
- Free Tools: Programs marked as Free (Gratis) can be downloaded and used freely without payment or recurring subscriptions.
2. Data Collection for Internal Research
To maintain compatibility across different versions of CorelDRAW, Windows, and print hardware, our tools and website may collect minimal, anonymized diagnostic information strictly for internal research and quality assurance.
We collect telemetry and audit logs strictly for our own engineering research to prevent crashes and optimize performance. We promise to keep all collected diagnostic data safe, encrypted, and strictly confidential. We never sell or share user data with third-party advertisers.

Your actual artwork files (CorelDRAW CDRs, PDFs, customer photos, and commercial prints) never leave your computer and are never uploaded to any remote server.

Grafikologi software is provided 'as is' with active ongoing updates. We provide direct technical support through our official WhatsApp contact channel to assist with installation, macro setup, and license reactivation if you upgrade your computer.
